Functionality, modularity and well-being were the main concerns of the Geneva businessman Abdallah Chatilla when he called on Iconia for his new 4-star hotel M3 Hospitality in Etoy, Switzerland. The idea was to dust off the old concept of the long stay and apartment-hotels. This feeling of being at home is made possible by very cosy atmospheres and the use of materials such as wood, local and sustainable, or artists' wallpapers. Functionality and modularity are expressed in all the facilities, and plants are omnipresent in the common areas.
